We aim to provide everything you need for your stay, including a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, chef’s knives, Calphalon cookware, dishwasher, basic spices, dishes, Yetis, dish soap, and paper towels—the works! Additionally, you can enjoy a 50" smart TV, cable, Apple TV, a portable bluetooth speaker, charging cables, hair dryers, laundry detergent, and shampoo + conditioner. You shouldn't have to bring much more than a toothbrush and toothpaste. (And we even have spares of those in case you forget!)
An assortment of beach and pool towels are conveniently located by the sliding door to the pool deck. We also have a “pay it forward” sunscreen bar. Feel free to use as much as you need but please consider replenishing a bottle if you go through a few.
We have assembled a toy chest with your beach cooler, beach chairs, masks, pool floaties, and even our boogie board.
Each Monday, the team comes to collect trash, trim the lawn, and clean the pool. We do our best to keep all these appointments limited to Mondays between 9 AM and noon, but holidays and unforeseen events may result in changes. Moses and Joshua handle the grounds and collect the trash, while Eugene keeps the pool looking beautiful. Dave and Christine take care of the rest. Be sure to say hi to them!
St. Croix is lovely, but it's not known for its ride-share, taxis, or public transportation, making it essential to rent a car. We actually recommend a Jeep, as our roads are, shall we say, rustic (which is code for horribly riddled with potholes) We use and recommend Centerline Car Rentals. Their airport location is super convenient, and they have a terrific selection of late model vehicles, perfect for exploring the island.
While St. Croix may not be renowned for its super fast wifi, The Landings offers the fastest available connection via Starlink. You'll find the log-in and password in your welcome guide at check-in.
Every Monday, Moses will empty the trash from the outside bin next to the house. Inside, there are small trash cans located under the sink in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Please make sure to regularly empty those into the larger outside bin on the west (or left, if you are facing the sea) side of the house. Remember to place all trash, including what you put in the outside bin, in a trash bag to avoid attracting critters!
While it's not exactly e=mc2, our experience tells us that bf+rd=b-a (bare feet + rum drinks = band-aids). If you use anything from the kit, just let us know, and we'll happily restock.
Please note: If 911 does work from your cell phone, please dial 340-772-9111 from your cell phone to reach emergency services for police, fire, and ambulance. The hospital can be directly reached at 340-778-6311.

Centrally located, the cottage is just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, beaches, and nightlife but a world away from reality.

From Northside Road turn on Dolby Hill Road and make your way up the hill.

Route to the hospital.
