HOUSE RULES

We like to think of this section more like, "it’s so great here, this 'House Rules!'" rather than a list of boring stuff you can’t do. With that noted...

Check in is at 4PM and check out is at noon. If you need to make any adjustments please contact us ahead of time. We can generally accommodate most requests.

The Landings is strictly a no smoking, vaping, or cigar property. This policy extends to the patio and pool deck. While we don’t judge, we must uphold our smoke-free commitment to all visitors. 

Please refrain from using candles as well.

We truly love pets, but we understand that many of our guests may have allergies to various types of furry companions. To ensure that The Landings remains inviting for everyone we are a pet-free property,

Please remember to turn off the AC units when you leave. Power costs about four times what it does in the states, and it's not unusual to receive a $1000 power bill if everything is running. Thanks! 

The trash bin is located under the kitchen sink. Once it’s full, please tie the bag and place it in the large can on the left (west) side of the house. Remember, do not place any trash in the bin that is not in a bag, as it attracts critters. Trash is collected on Mondays by Moses.

The Landings is a special secluded place. Let's keep it that way. No events, parties, or guests.

While The Landings is a private secluded place, we do have neighbors.  Please be considerate.   

No jumping or diving in the pool. Also, please don't walk around the outer ledge of the pool. (We think this falls under the ‘no running with scissors’ category, but we add it as a reminder)

Please use plastic ‘glasses’ on the pool deck or in the pool. A broken glass in the living room is no big deal, but in the pool… that’s another matter entirely. Thanks!

If you break or lose something during your stay please let us know! We won’t be upset about (or charge you for) a broken plate or glass. We’d just like to know so that we can arrange a replacement for you to enjoy on your next visit.
